London Ambulance Service were called at 1.56pm.
An ambulance crew and an air ambulance attended and doctors and paramedics treated the man at the scene.

The man, reported to be in his 20s, was taken to a major trauma centre as a priority. His identity is yet to be released by police who are now investigating the incident.

PS:

There has been no less than 10 stabbings in London since Mr Babarinde Loye the current Chairman of Central Association of Nigerians in the UK (CANUK) pledged to over 300 delegates and members of the Nigerian community during his election speech less than a year ago, to single handedly eradicate knife crime in the capital. It’s all gone quiet on that pledge and so far, I have not heard or received a single press release or statement regarding this issue or indeed any statement following any of the stabbings in the capital.

Neither has the community been informed of any progress the chairman has made towards the fulfilment of his pledge.
