Police in Greenwich Borough are appealing for the public’s help to find missing teenage boy from Woolwich.

Newton Umukoro, 17, was reported to police as missing on 20 January and has not been seen at home since 20 December 2015.

Officers and his family are concerned for his well being.

Newton is described as black; around 5ft 7ins tall with a slim build and short black hair. It is not know what clothing he was wearing when he went missing.

Newton has connections to the Peckham, Plumstead and Woolwich areas.

Anyone who has seen Newton or who knows of his whereabouts is urged to contact police in Greenwich via 101.
