Charlton star Ademola Lookman has been nominated for the London Young Player of the Year award along with Premier League players.

The 18-year-old has impressed since breaking into the Addicks’ first-team in November, attracting the attention of several top flights clubs.
A hamstring injury halted Lookman’s rapid progress at the Valley but the forward, who was still playing Sunday league football last year, scored on his return from the treatment table. The prestigious ceremony which also includes awards for Premier League Player of the Year, will be held in Battersea on March 3.

Also up for the Young Players Award is Tottenham’s 20 year old midfielder Dele Ali
