GHANA’S PRESIDENT HURLS INSULTS AT GENERAL OBASANJO AT AFRICAN FORUM IN THE UK

There was near pandemonium and confusion at the Annual Global African Investment Forum held in Westminster, Central London after a heated exchange between Ghana’s President John Mahama and former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo degenerated into open insults

This was after  General Obasanjo openly accused the Ghanaian president and his government of blackmailing and collecting bribes from Nigerian businessmen in Ghana, buying numerous properties in Nigeria and South Africa and financially contributing 12 million dollars to Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign last year . This infuriated President Mahama who lost his temper and pointing his finger , called General Obasanjo an ” idiot” and a “stupid buffoon”. It took other ministers present as well as Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to calm tempers and usher President Mahama to a nearby room .

The forum, which takes place from 1st to 3rd December is attended by African Heads of States Ministers ,Private equity firms and investors to discuss opportunities for investment and development in African Economies.

  1. They Should Have Allowed Mahama To Slap That Old Fool That Does Not Know How To Talk. The Chacoal That Calls Ketle Black Obasanjo Is The Most Corupt African Leader.

  2. Am shock how long will our President mahama, continue, disgrace Ghanaians, to day mogabi, tomorrow obasanjo, has he forgot he is a President of great Ghana, he should focus on solving the neumrous problems facing his people, even the common DUOMSOS.

  3. l am shocked about all these allegations being hurled at President John Mahama by heads of state who are old enough to be his dad. The burden of proof now rests with JM to come clean and assure Ghanaians that the accusations are false; otherwise, l’m calling for a vote of no confidence in him. JM & l were both born on the same day & year, & we both went to GIJ, but l’m beginning to lose hope that he can put Ghana on the right footing
