The LONDON CITY CHALLENGE CUP entered it’s 3rd and final day today.
The tournament organised by Pathway Sports kicked off on Tuesday 29th March and will be ending in Grand Style.
18 teams composed of 16’s – 21’s from boroughs across London registered and took part in the tournament and the Champions are expected to emerge from the participating teams.
According to Ambassador Yemi Soile, the whole idea of this tournament is to use sports as a tool to engage the young ones and teach them certain sportsmanship skills that can be transferred to their day to day lives. It is also a platform to identify talents and dissuade young people from crime and anti-social behaviour.
This year, for the first time, staffs from supporting local businesses NANDO’S WOOLWICH will be slugging it out with LLOYDS BANK Woolwich.
