A poem by Gift Boyo.
We want to live forever young we all say.
Forever young we all dream of.
Forever young we try hard to be.
Forever young we all aim at.
Buying creams, make up, cosmetics surgeries and all that glam hair colours.
Pictures we take, pictures we keep.
Pictures we hang on our walls, covered with glass prove.
Pictures we protect with wooden frames.
Pictures we ask to be coloured with water colour to stay forever.
Pictures we keep in our phones and protect never to be deleted.
Pictures we look at when we are aged.
Pictures our great great grand children will remember us with when we are gone.
Pictures we clinched for memory sake.
Pictures in our memories as young as we can remember.
Pictures live forever young.
