The British Nigerian NHS Doctor who was seriously injured in a road traffic accident while on holiday in America has made remarkable progress in his recovery since being repatriated back to the UK.

According to the update posted by one of his close friends on the GoFundMe site,

“Seb continues to make an incredible recovery. Here he is at the weekend just before going in for yet another procedure (hopefully his last). His progress in the last week has blown our minds”

7,500 kind hearted people from the UK and all over the world donated a staggering £198,000 towards the costs of his medical bill in the States and the cost of bringing him back to London.

Sebastian was hit by a lorry which then dragged him along the road for some yards causing him serious injuries to the head, internal organs and legs.

He had been out celebrating with friends in Las Vegas prior to an upcoming wedding.
