This is the stunning nanny Mel B has claimed in court papers her estranged husband Stephen Belafonte got pregnant before she sacked her.
The former Spice Girl says Belafonte had sex with German Lorraine Gilles during the seven years she looked after her three children.
She alleges Belfonte ordered Lorraine to have an abortion and paid her $300,000 for ‘nanny services’ during her employment.
Mel B, 41, who is divorcing her husband of ten years, said Belafonte ‘went ballistic’ when she finally plucked up the courage to sack her in 2015.
She said: (He) would degrade me in front of her by comparing me to Lorraine, telling me how much younger and better looking she was.
‘I later discovered that (he) was having sex with Lorraine and was paying her inordinate amounts of money. Over the course of some three years, I recently learned that (he) paid Lorraine in excess of $300,000 for alleged nanny services.

She went on: (He) immediately began setting Lorraine up as my rival. She answered to, and reported to (him).
The singer told of her ‘shock’ and ‘disbelief’ when Belafonte told her 26-year-old Lorraine was pregnant with his child in 2014.
‘(He) told me he wanted her to have the baby and all three of us live together. I was shocked and in disbelief.
‘(He) later demanded that Lorraine had an abortion. Respondent used money earned by me to pay for Lorraine’s abortion, and he used money earned by me to pay for Lorraine’s hotel stay while she recuperated from the procedure.’
She said Belafonte, 41, ‘went ballistic’ when she finally found the courage to sack her in January 2015.
She added: ‘When I did, (Belafonte) went ballistic. He screamed and yelled at me for some three straight hours.
‘He told me that Lorraine raised our children far better than I ever could. He told me that she was his ‘ride or die b****’ and the only woman in his life that completely had his back.

Anger: But Lorraine’s sister Jacquelyn Baartz hit back last night to insist that the former exchange student was not sexually involved with Belafonte and was never pregnant by him.

‘(He) stated to me, ‘No matter what she will always be in my life. How dare you fire her’. When he finally calmed down he told me to shut up and listen – instructing and demanding that I call Lorraine, apologise profusely, beg her to come back, re-hire her, and give her a raise.
‘He then threatened, ‘You do realise that Lorraine could be a witness against you and give a story to the press and tell child services. Your career will be ruined’. This was just another threat in a long line of threats made by (him).
Lorraine’s sister hit back last night to insist that the former exchange student was not sexually involved with Hollywood producer Belafonte and was never pregnant by him.
Speaking from her home in Nordkirchen, Germany, Jacquelyn Baartz, said: ‘My sister and I are very, very close and I would have known about this, believe me.
‘I don’t know where this is coming from. She worked for the family for seven years and had nothing but positive experiences.
‘She really loved those kids as if they were her own, so she stayed on much longer than she originally planned to.’
Jacquelyn, who runs a horse riding academy with her husband Christopher, added she was shocked to hear of ‘this side of Mel B and Belafonte’s relationship’, claiming: ‘It was not one that was displayed to us.
‘I am sure my sister would have told me if there had been fights like have been alleged. But she never did.

Lorraine ‘fell into’ nannying when she moved to Los Angeles in 2007, her sister said.
Lorraine even signed up to the Harri ‘Happiness in Hospitality’ website to look for part-time work in the Woodland Hills area of LA.
Her profile, in which she described herself as ‘kind, professional and dedicated’, is believed to be how Mel B and her husband hired her as their nanny.
Jacquelyn added: ‘It wasn’t something she wanted to make a career out of but they were kind to her.
‘My mum and I went over there a couple of years ago and we saw how well they all interacted.’
Mel B, who filed for divorce from the producer last month, has applied for a restraining order against her estranged husband and is seeking custody of their daughter, Madison Brown Belafonte, five.
Court papers see Mel claim she was subject to racist slurs, as well as emotional and physical violence in front of her children.
Mel states in the documents: ‘I am in fear for my safety and that of my children… Likewise the Respondent’s emotional and physical abuse of Petitioner in the presence of the minor child is tantamount to abuse of the minor child.’

‘He said he would destroy my career and take my kids from me. He threatened to release sexually explicit videotapes claiming I would never again work in the entertainment industry.’
The catalogue of historical allegations of abuse listed by TMZ include Belafonte ‘punching’ and ‘choking’ Mel, ‘splitting her lip’ and ‘pushing her down on a carpet’.
Mel, who filed for divorce from the producer last month, alleges the psychological and physical abuse dates back to the first year of their marriage, in 2007.
In the papers, Mel claims that Stephen forced her to ‘participate in sexual intercourse with him and random women.’
The former Spice Girl suggests that during their marriage, she was coerced into trysts that he secretly record and later used as ammunition against her, threatening to release as sex tapes ‘if she tried to resist the threesomes’.
Mel says she begged him to delete the tapes.
Belafonte is also alleged to have shown his wife little sympathy as her beloved father Martin lost his battle with cancer and hid her passport so she couldn’t travel.
TMZ claim the film producer allegedly told her to ‘Suck it up. If he’s going to die, he’s going to die.’
The U.S website also repeats claims that things turned violent in the marriage, despite previous denials from both camps.
In one incident, the papers allege: ‘Stephen placed both of his hands around her neck, began choking her and slammed her down onto the hardwood floors’ while she was preparing for U.S. talent show Dancing With The Stars.
It is claimed that although some friends and family members had asked Mel about her injuries and offered to call the police on her behalf, she begged them not to as she feared for her own life and theirs if Belafonte were to find out.
In the documents, Mel alleges that the abuse became part of a ‘pattern’. When she became successful, Stephen ‘would beat me down to let me know he was in charge.’

She also alleges Belafonte ‘punched her and split her lip’ after becoming jealous while she filmed a segment with Usher for the X Factor back in 2012.
After asking her husband how she could appear on television with the obvious injury, Belafonte allegedly told her ‘she should have thought of that before deciding to flirt with and f*** Usher.’
It has now emerged that a concerned Simon Cowell attempted to help the star escape her marriage in 2014.
According to The Sun, the mogul was horrified by Stephen’s alleged control over Mel’s finances – leaving her without access to her own cash during the X Factor finale in 2014 – and tried to intervene with legal advice and offering a hotel room to stay.
A source told the newspaper: ‘Although no one was sure what was going on, Simon and the team at Syco really became concerned at The X Factor finale in 2014.
‘In the days afterwards, following her release from hospital, they tried to help her leave Belafonte. They introduced her to divorce lawyers to help her to go through with it.’
A Syco spokesperson said: ‘Melanie is hugely admired and respected by everyone at Syco and on both the X Factor and America’s Got Talent.
‘We have always supported her whenever she has requested and we will continue to do so.’

Furthermore, Belafonte ‘punched’ Mel and ‘pushed her down on a carpet’ the day before she and the Spice Girls performed at the Olympic closing ceremony.
Mel claims her injuries were so severe her skin was burned from the carpet, adding that she was then forced by her estranged husband to ‘tweet that she injured herself by running in heels.’
So ‘overcome with emotional and physical exhaustion,’ an embattled Mel reveals she overdosed on a bottle of Aspirin back in 2014.
Disturbingly, Belafonte allegedly stopped her from calling the emergency services, with Mel stating he locked her in the bedroom and told her to ‘die b***h.’
Mel says she previously tried to leave Belafonte several times, but claims ‘he threatened me with violence and threatened to destroy my life in every possible way… destroy my career and take my kids from me.’
However the singer claims Belafonte was supportive and ‘rushed to help her in every way’ in the months following their marriage.
But she admits to being ’emotionally weak’ as her engagement and subsequent wedding took place shortly after the birth of second daughter Angel, conceived during a brief relationship with Hollywood star Eddie Murphy.
‘At the time, I was vulnerable. I was giving birth as a single mother, my self-esteem was very low, and my hormones were out of balance due to the pregnancy,’ she claims.
She says: ‘Respondent’s name is Stephen Stansbury, but he often goes by the alias Stephen Belafonte. At the time of our marriage, I was unaware that ‘Belafonte’ was not Respondent’s legal surname, nor was I aware that he was previously married.
